I began writing years ago, mostly because I was bored, stuck in the house, and needed a little excitement. So, naturally, I created some.

What started as a hobby became a collection of stories tucked away in a box and nearly forgotten. Years later, while preparing for a move, I stumbled across that box and found myself pulled right back into the characters, the drama, and all the trouble I had created so many years before. I dusted off one of those stories, gave it a much-needed makeover, and decided it was finally time to share it with the world.

I write for readers like myself. People who occasionally look at their perfectly normal lives and think, I could use a little more excitement than this. My book offers a chance to escape into messy decisions, complicated relationships, secrets, drama, and the kind of trouble that’s much more fun when it belongs to someone else.

And as for Lexi and Trouble…

Those two have been causing trouble in my head for many years. It was about time I made them everyone else’s problem too.
